A user no longer knows his password. He cannot reset it himself. As an administrator, I cannot reset it either. The following error message appears:

When does the error come up? We had an issue about a month back where the link didn't work that was sent in the Forgot 'Email password' Is that the same thing you are seeing now or is this different. Please provide the detailed steps so we can get the appropriate people involved. Thanks
Hi, During the Password reset, right after ticking "I am not a robot" and hitting Submit.
Existing users with passwords are able to sign in, but I'm also seeing a windows error pop up on starting the connection client itself complaining about '_satellite' is undefined.
