In projectwise share you can lock file to make sure nobody modify them, a very nice feature, but how can we remove lock from a file?
My colleague has lock a file and then forgot to unlock it before going into vacation, how can I unlock it?

An account administrator from your organization can unlock a file.
To find your account administrator you can click "How are you CONNECTED" from the Welcome Banner on the CONNECT Center.

We did try this also and they can’t unlock the file, admin don’t have more rights regarding this. Can you double check on your side please.
