The message you're getting on the Service Request Manager page is because you're account that you're using to sign in with is not linked to an organization.
For the CONNECTION Client issue please use the Bentley Log Collector to gather the logs. You can post them here in the discussion, or you can use the Secure File Upload instructions to upload your logs: https://communities.bentley.com/help/w/be_communities_help/7079/communities-secure-file-upload

Hi, we got a same feedback from a user, their company got the same error, CC can be login, but can't retrieve the license, CC health check will got the same error as user posted here. Did we got a solutions for this ?
