I am finding that after CONNECTION Client updates itself to 10.0.17.10 that it always says an update to 10.0.17.10 is available, even though version info in CC confirms it is 10.0.17.10.
When I looked in Control Panel Programs I have found that there are 2 entries for CONNECTION Client, 10.0.17.10 and the old one and CONNECTION Client seems to not list CC to be updated after the old version is manually uninstalled.
Is this failure to uninstall the old CC when updating to 10.0.17.10 happening to anyone else? Its happening to a few of us in the office.

Yes, it seems that the old version was not removed before installing the new version. Most times it's because of an issue in the registry. I recommend uninstalling both versions then using a registry cleaner to make sure that everything is cleaned up. Then install the 10.00.17.10 version.
