When I am opening the Connection Client, it displays "Connection Issues Could not connect Try Again"Unable to login to Bentley Connect to reactivate the licence.

We have carried out the following Checks as specified under " CONNECTION Client Fails to Sign in"
1. Temporary interruption
2. System Clock
3. Proxy server or Network Firewall
4. Download and installation of Connect Client
Still the error is there. It is still not displaying the login page
