Since switching to the new Subscription Analytics Portal - which is pretty good by the way - the only issue I have is that the Usage Reports do not pick up usage of 'CONNECTIONS Passport' - it isn't even available as a selectable product. THe old report portal on SELECT Server worked fine.
My last invoice shows charges for CONNECTIONS Passport but for internal charging I need to know who used it!

Probably too late but I found 'Bentley CONNECTIONS Passport' as a filter option in https://reporting.bentley.com/report/visaconsumption report.
