I was able to create one session, and it worked perfectly. I am now trying to create additional sessions, and so far all three of my attempts have resulted in a warning, and no notification that the session is ready to use. Unfortunately, I cannot get any additional information about the warning to figure out how to fix it. Is there any way to find additional details on the warning?
Hi Iwan, we released an update to the part of the system that performs that step late yesterday. Can you please try again today? If you're still having a problem can you please send us the .i.dgn file that you're using, the name of the session that you're creating, and the email address that you're logging in with so that we can troubleshoot?

Are there known instances of this happening again in 2022? Earlier this year I had created some Design Review sessions successfully. But now when I attempt to create them I am getting the warning message and no notification that my session is ready for review.
