I'm not a new user. I have account for log time back and used to create service requests. But now there is a problem accessing my service request to check the status of the requests. I'm still able to create new service tickets but not able to follow them up because "My Service Request Access Denied?"

Thank You for the email address. I checked your details and found that your account is NON-SELECT, so wont be able to access to 'My Service Request'. You can only raise the service request.
