Ram SBeam V6.00.00.33 won't Activate with "Sign-in now" with Connection Client 10.00.18.13, it just hangs. Had to do "Sign-In Later" in order to get past that to the next steps in the activation.
If you're not able to sign in to the CONNECTION Client please use the Log Collector to gather the logs and upload them. To gather the logs type Bentley Log Collector in the Windows search field or you can browse to the app by going to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.exe" > click the Collect button > type in a new name for the zip that is to be created and pick a location to save it to > click the Save button.
