I can download above from Bentley software download server, but when I try to install it, it gives message that version needs to be installed on a 64 bit computer. Have tried this with both X86 and X64 versions. Apparently I have 32-bit computer. Am running previous version 10.0.13.XXX.

If you have a 64 bit operating system you should install the 64 bit version. When selecting the 64 bit version from the Software Downloads page please click the apply button after making the selection, then download. The name of the executable should be blg6410001822en.exe.

That's what I was saying. I don't think I have a 64 bit OS. Am running Windows 10 on an older laptop. Is there a 32 bit version of 10.0.18.22 that I can download?
Yes, but they call it x86 just to keep us confused.
