I can't access Service Request Manager - states access denied.
Im a site admin / group account admin for our Company so I do have the correct account levels to view all services ticket, this was working last week.
I hope this is the right forum as I cant view the service ticket created regarding this fault as i get access denied, but it still allows me to log a new ticket
