Victaulic Pipework

i am about to start using the open building designer connect version 5

when i went to use the pipework i noticed there was only the Victaulic pressfit catalog.

I was surprised because AECOsim had gradually increased the range of the pipe library although the auto fittings were never correct, it was possible to adjust them manually

I then browsed the bentley community web site and noticed component centre, is the component centre only available if you put the content there yourself?

i cannot find any way of accessing the components shown there 

it turns out a full range of victaulic pipes and valves are shown there

if they are there were they created from bentley software or are they revit fittings? (or worse from solid works)

where are the st. gobain fittings?
