I log in but when I run health checker I end with errors on Logging Service and Network Policy Service. What setting do I need to change or check on my router?

Hi Michele,
Provide me Connection Client logs. To gather the logs type Bentley Log Collector in the Windows search field or you can browse to the app by going to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.exe" > click the Collect button > type in a new name for the zip that is to be created and pick a location to save it to > click the Save button and reply back with that zip attached.
