I am unable to log into the Bentley Connection Client application due to my account being locked. I am getting the message "User Account is locked, please contact Site Administrator".
How do I go about unlocking this account? Nobody within my organization seems to have the ability to unlock this account.

I see that your account is already unlocked. Always contact your account administrator to unlock your account.
