Trying to install U14 from CC and it can't find our custon configuration folder. Why, as this folder exists?

That is an interesting issue. I would recommend trying the installation again. If you get the same message please log a service request so that we can investigate this further. This might involve providing us with your installation log files.

I downloaded the install file (not via CC) and the custom configuration was recognised this time with no warnings in red. I wonder why it failed using CC?
What is he version number of Connection Client you have installed?
