I have a surface 2 laptop. The first time I saw an issue was that the detach function is blocked by the connection client. When I shut down connection client, I can eject the tablet. This happens when an application is using the GPU in the keyboard. One, does the connection client need a GPU?
I am guessing the connection client does NOT need the GPU so I went into the nvidia control panel and manually set it to use the integrated graphics. I have been unable to prevent this from using the dedicated GPU. I have it currently set to integrated and even after reboot it shows as integrated but I can see through the nvidia GPU monitor that the connection client is still using the GPU. Any advice to prevent this from hitting my GPU all day long?
