Hi, recently i have been invited to an Evaluation Trial of synchro pro but when trying to download the software, i cant select any product because there is no language and architecture data. how can i download the software. thanks
Currently you do not have the ability to download. An Administrator or co-Administrator would have to grant you download access.
A list of your Admins can be found from https://connect.bentley.com/ click on "How are you CONNECTED?" link to find your site administrators (this may be hidden, use the Gear to the top right to show the Welcome Banner).
