Sign In Issue.

Hello,

One of my collegues has just registered a new account. When trying to log-in (either through website or CONNECTION Client) he is being asked to type-in a verification code. When providing verfication code (sent in email) - he constantly gets an error message as below (Looks like something didn't work as expected. Please exit this application and try again):

Tried many times and same issue.

Any idea how to resolve?
