We are having difficulty logging into the connection client, i have updated the client to the latest version as well as attached a log file aswell as a screenshot of the error

Microsoft ended support for Windows Server 2008 R2 on January 14, 2020. That means we no longer test on that operating system. If you cannot upgrade the operating system you will need to downgrade to version 10.00.19.31. You can still get it from Software Downloads.

Thankyou for your reply, i have it installed on the remote server but also my local computer and it comes up with the same error. I cannot access the software downloads page its just redirects me to https://store.bentley.com/en where i cannot seem to select a version.
