The Project Portal provides access to all of the available Services associated to a CONNECTED Project, Reporting options, the currently selected Project properties, and navigation control between Portals, Services, and Reports. The Project Portal is the gateway to the Services you may need to complete your work.
*Note - There is a Project Portal for each CONNECTED Project and the available Services may differ depending on what Services the Organizations Site Administrator enabled.
Accessing the Project Portal
Select an available CONNECTED Project from the Recent Projects tile on the Personal Portal, which is available by going to https://connect.bentley.com/
You can also access the Project Portal by opening the CONNECTION Client via your system tray, navigating to the Links option, then Selecting Project Portal. This will open the Projects page. Once a CONNECTED Project is selected, you will be directed to the Project Portal.

Available options on the Project Portal
Selecting the down arrow next to the current CONNECTED Project name allows you to choose a different Project.
The Project Properties, the ability to edit and delete projects, as well as associating Application Settings are behind the gear icon
Defined during the Project registration phase, the View properties option displays the data.
The properties can be edited and the CONNECTED Project can be deleted from the Project Portal by selecting the Edit properties option.

The Application Settings for available applications can be assigned in order to propagate them to users within the project by selecting the Application Settings option.
There are options to view your current profile as well as sign-out from the Project Portal. Navigate to the upper-right corner and select the user icon.
The following dialog will be displayed with the option to view your SELECTservices profile, which contains general settings, Function and Practice areas, Communication Preferences, Site information, and Access Levels.
The option to Sign out is also available.
Selecting a Service
After you have determined what CONNECTED Project you intend to work on, you can select which available Service to use. The available services are displayed as tiles at the bottom of the Project Portal. Select the appropriate Service.
Navigation between the different services is accomplished through the Project Service option. After selecting a Service, the Organization, Project, and the Selected Service will be displayed in the header of the Portal
In order to navigate between all of the available Services and Reports, select the drop-down arrow icon next to the currently selected Service. This will display all of the available Services and Reports. Selecting from the available list will direct you to that specific selection.
*Note that any Service where the icon is yellow denotes a Technology Preview
In order to navigate back to the Personal Portal at any time, select the Bentley icon in the header.
You can access the Enterprise Portal (which is covered in a separate Support Solution) by selecting the Organization Name icon in the header.
The Project Portal has several reporting options.
Under the Project Activity tab are two SELECTserver reports. The reports can be run for the following time periods: Week, Month, Quarter, or All. They can also be run for two different categories: Project Activity by Applications and Project Activity by User.
Selecting the View Reports button will direct you to the SELECTserver report.
The Most Active Users and Most Used Applications tile
Most Active Users is where you can view the total effort at each site and the contributions of individual Project participants. Most Used Applications will report on the total usage by application at each site.
