Use the command blg64100019xxen.exe /q (replace xxx with the remaining version number)

blg64100019xxxen.exe NoStartPostInstall=1 - Don’t run CONNECTION Client or License Client after installation
blg64100019xxxen.exe InstallDesktopShortcut=0 - suppress desktop shortcut
Use the command blg64100019xxxen.exe BeBundleCulture=de /q to set the language of the installer interface
Use the command blg64100019xxxen.exe BeSelectedLanguage=de /q (example de=German language...replace xxx with version number) to install the CONNECTION Client language version
