View all of the alerts that have been triggered for Bentley applications as configured in Entitlement Management. You may view the applications they were for, the user that received it, and the action they took.
Users with at least one of the following roles are able to access the reports:
Preset and custom date ranges
Product with ProductID
IMS email address
If the user Acknowledged or Canceled the alert
Layout - Alerts from [Date] - [Date]
The number of alerts triggered during the most recent week (Monday - Sunday). The default is the current week. If you use the Date filter to pick a different date range, this visual will show the most recent week in your selected date range.

The number of alerts triggered during the second most recent week (Monday - Sunday). The default is the previous week. If you use the Date filter to pick a different date range, this visual will show the second most recent week in your selected date range.

This pie chart shows how many of the alerts that have been triggered were Acknowledged or Declined.

This stacked bar graph allows you to select the dimensions for your X-axis and for your stacks.
The date of the alert. This is the default X axis.
If the user Acknowledged or Canceled the alert. This is the default stack

The week and year of the alert in YYYYWW format

A detailed log of the alerts that have been triggered and exactly when they were triggered.
The exact UTC time that the alert was triggered
The alert mode. Most alert modes are ShouldAlert
Windows NT user name
Number of alerts that were issued. This column is most useful if the results are exported
The threshold of licenses for an application in use before an alert was triggered as configured at the time of the alert in Entitlement Management
