Managing Fulfillment Contacts


A fulfillment contact is the person at an Organization who receives a notification of any new or updated license/entitlements from Bentley. The process outlined below is part of the new User Management interface that was made available at the end of August, 2020.

  1. From the User Management home screen, click Fulfillment Contacts.

2. To send fulfillment documents for all countries to a user, click the add icon , select user from the list and click Add Global Contact.

NOTE:

An Organization can only have10 fulfillment contacts added.  However, if there were more than 10 contacts listed during the migration from the previous User Management System, all of those existing contacts will be listed.  If there are currently less than 10 listed, the limit will be 10.

3. To send fulfillment documents for a specific country to a user, select user from the list, select Country from the list and click Add Contact.
