Now we are at 48 hours with no assistance from Bentley.  Creating a service request doesn't help if you don't actually do anything about it.  I promote Bentley products to my students but also train them in AutoCAD.  If I cannot get any assistance with Bentley, I will be happy to rewrite my Civil Engineeirng program to just use AutoCAD.  My experience is frustrating and unacceptable.  I have students waiting to be trained in the software and all I can tell them is that I get no help from Bentley.
