The current signing certificate is expiring on November 20th, 2022. As such, we will be updating our customer-facing certificate on Saturday November 12th at 9 AM EST. Following this time, some Bentley applications may experience a temporary outage.

The current signing certificate for ims-token-signing.bentley.com is expiring on November 20th, 2022. This expiring certificate is used in the Dev (Rotated), QA (Rotated), and Prod environments. It is our hope to have a smooth transition with plenty of time to test in QA prior to the cutover in Prod. As such, it is incumbent upon you and your teams to plan for this event and surface any issues to our IMS team as soon as possible.
As such, we will be updating our environments with the new certificate in Prod on Saturday November 12th at 9am EST.
