I am using the FDOT SS4 Existing 2 lane Cross Slope templates to analyze the existing cross slopes of the road. I have used this a few times before on other projects and the report that Microstation gave me was correct. For some reason this time the report is not reflecting the cross slopes shown by the temporary dimension in the cross section view. Not sure where the "FDOT_Existing2LaneSlopes" Report is pulling its information from, but there seems to be a disconnect from the template applied and the report's results.
Update:
This is the points it is pulling the cross slopes from. Not sure why these points have moved from the ends of the white lines which are the lanes. Any explanation?
So the solution was using the templates in the "End Condition Components" subfolder, instead of the "project to surface" subfolder. I used point controls to control their horizontal offset from the baseline and the report matched what the temp dimensions were reading.
