Element can not be deleted

In all designs there are always changes:

The location of the edge of pavement need to be change so I try deleting the curb face and the back of curb, *** were made using single offset partial (from civil tools),no mater what I do they can be deleted. why? I tried using all using everything in the Civil Toggles

Couple things to check. Did you place that curb as part of a Civil Cell? If so, you need to drop the Civil Cell before you can delete anything. Its usually best to drop the Civil Cell in Project Explorer.

If it is not a Civil Cell and is just being a pesky element, determine what the element names are and trying deleting them through project explorer.

Your element has a relationship/linked to another element, more than likely a 3D line string. Try isolating the 3D element associated with the 2D element that can not be deleted in 3D view and delete the 3D element. You may have to use the Microstation Drop Element tool in order to accomplish this.

However, if you email/FTP me the GDTMRD, DSGNRD, GPK (if you have 1), and ALGNRD (if you have 1) files, I will look into it a find a solution.
