VISUAL BASIC RUN-TIME ERROR 80004005

Question

I get this error message whenever I open any SS4 file in a new instance of SS4. If SS4 is already running and I open the same files there is no error. Should this concern me?

Here is a link to the MVBA to replace the older one.

 It belongs in the FDOTSS4\VBA\ folder. This will also resolve the SS2 version if you are still running that.
