can't resize the ancillary feature dialogue box after minimizing

Question

As the subject describes, I am having difficulty restoring my Draw Ancillary Feature tool to its original size. I have used the following links to address the issue:

Phani, it appears that all of those links are recommending deleting the .UPF but if I'm correct, the dialog size for the legacy GEOPAK tools is stored in the resource files. 
 Try this: 
 Close FDOTSS4 and go to the FDOTSS4 folder on your desktop. Launch Workspace Doctor and execute only the "GEOPAK RSCs" option. Restart FDOTSS4 and see if that resolves the issue. If it does not, then run Workspace Doctor again and select the .UPF option. You can run them both at the same time if you want, but running just the RSC option by itself the first time will definitely help us answer this question once and for all. 
 
 Let me know how that works out, and if it doesn't fix the problem, we can do a GoToMeeting to further troubleshoot.
