I am in my RWDTRD01 file and trying to draw some proposed R/W. I have some construction lines set up for where I want these lines to be and I am trying to do a single offset partial on top of one of the lines and snapping to the intersection of some crossing lines. It seems I am snapping properly, but its not rulling the ends of the line to those intersection points. I am not seeing the little x's when I select the line again. When I adjust the construction line, the R/W line on top does not adjust its beginning and end points to the new intersection points.
Is there something that is turned off, maybe particularly in this file? I have tried running the first 3 items of Workspace Doctor and its still doing it.
