When running the quick check on my dsgnsp01.dgn file I am getting errors on proposed sign panel leaders with the dgnsp.rul file loaded.
What version of software are you running. This is the old GDM QC software: QuikChek which is a displaying the invalid elements for correction. You can use this software to review and correct the error. Are you having an error using the software?
we are using fdot 2010.03.01 (mr3) but even using the fdot menu pull down for qc and clean up, the leaders have the same error, as does the 2-4 skip 6" white
The Leaders should be on Leaderline_dp. The skip strip could be on a couple of levels, but if it was placed with the D&C Manager it would be on the symbology associated with the DDB (Database) item you selected. Did you use the Pavement Markings Program? If so, which item did you select for the Skip Striping? Also, you should be using QC Inspector to check QC your files. GDM is not a GEOPAK tool. It's an old software that has essentially died on the vine. We will no longer be utilizing this software starting July 2013. Try to use the QC Inspector to check your files. You can also send me a copy of the file for review, if you would like.
