Professional Seal for Signature Sheet

I have been looking for cells of the seals shown in PPM2: Ch 30.3. The section says that these are provided in the FDOT CADD Software, but I cant seem to find them. I cannot find anything in SS2 or SS4. I have a Professional Engineer Seal that I got from somewhere, but I dont remember where. But I also need a Surveyor and Landscape Architect one as well. Is there a cell library that has these cells in it?

  • These seals are included in the MicroStation cell library Seals.cel located in the FDOTSS2 & FDOTSS4\Resources\Cell directory.  In order to open the library in MicroStation, you'll need to use the option File > Attach File to attach the library to the Cell Library dialog.  If you try to modify the generic cells we provide in the cell library after it's been placed, the text freaks out.  I recommend that you open the cell library first to create the "Engineer Specific" models in the cell library.

    Thanks Joe and Denise. Forgot to actually look in that folder. I didnt see it in the Cell Library list and forgot some of them dont show up there.

    Denise, i was able to place the Landscape Architect cell and change the name and the license number successfully.
