D&C Manager Pay Items

In the new Signing and Pavement Marking pay items, the items without the calculator are used to draw or place the pay item, the items with the calculator are then used to calculate the drawn items. I believe that this was done as a solution to be able to calculate the pay items with regard for the different ways they are measured. If you need further explanation, I can hunt down more information.

TL;DR - Calculate with the calculator; draw with the not-calculator.
