Not getting a dialog box to attach the survrd.dgn. It's telling me it can't find the survrd.dgn in roadway/survey.
The application looks for the SURVRD file in the Survey folder.
The problem was caused by having a subdirectory under the roadway folder that's why it was looking in roadway/survey.
