The railroad centerline symbology is not scaling properly anymore for R/W mapping, is this a known issue? The linestyle is difficult to see when setting the linescale to the sheet scale. See images below for example:
What version of FDOTSS4 are you running?
I know the linestyle scale for the railroad baseline was a problem in the past. It was set as a non-physical linestyle, and this caused the drawing scale to not match properly in different scale drawings. I believe that this is fixed in the most recent Maintenance Release 11.
Otherwise, the quick and easy solution is to select the line, select the element properties dialog and look for the linestyle scale field. You can manually adjust the scale to match the drawing.
