In SS4 FDOT provide a tool that created this as part of the indexing process. It doesn't seem that ORD has this functionality. Is there something there that will create this or are we back to creating this manually?

Barry, I believe you are correct. There is a Link Data Manager process (linked below), but as you may have discovered, the component list step is a bit different without the former "sheet navigator" and LDM txt file still needs to be modified manually. The ORD sheet index is a mess and not easily modified (apparently another work in progress). Use Excel to sequence your sheet numbering and column formatting (ie. SHEET SERIES NAME # - ##) for easier changes in the future. Just copy the Excel text over to the txt file generated in LDM to update the file OR generate a properly formatted direct LDM import from that xls file (or a linked formatted sheet inside it). https://www.fdot.gov/cadd/downloads/documentation/fdotconnecttraining/fdotord/fdotconnect-plan-development-workflow
