I have been using Civil Features all along during the design process and civil cells as much as possible. It appears that some of the civil elements has the Item Type attached and some do not. I have worked along placing items using civil features expecting it to work like D&C Manager but not I am being forced to go back and attach the item type. That wouldn't be back on a small project but a 4 mile RRR project that can be quite involved.
Is this how it is supposed to work? If so, isn't there a better way to do this or did the software take a step back in yet another feature and force a 2 step process from a single step process in the past?
If any older releases of FDOTConnect were used, they may not have been included by FDOT in earlier releases. There is a way to "update from library when item types are changed, but I don't think existing linework/corridors will re-associate item types once elements are created. FDOT created several videos to walk through how ORD quantities should work. https://www.youtube.com/c/FDOTTraining https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3yRXc9OkPM
