Anyone have any issues after the last update 10.08 to 10.09 with the EOR seals coming in all messed up? Copied the cell library into the project directory and added additional professional seals to include on the signature sheet and this is what its inserting regardless of which cell I choose. Here is a screenshot of the standard EOR seal that has not been manipulated whatsoever.
