Has anyone had any issues with text callouts (Place Label-Text Favorites) not remembering or being moved after a file was competed? We are having issues on several machines where previous station/offset callouts are floating in space thousands of feet away from the project and the offsets and stations being way off, which makes sense based off them moving. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Were these 10.09 files that are being opened in the 10.10.01.03 release of ORD? I do know there was an issue with labels being thrown into space when bringing files into that version.

Yes Chris that is correct most of these files were originally created in 10.09 and then upgraded to 10.10. But there still seems to be a bug in certain machines because some have this issue while others don't opening the same file. Could this be a user preference issue or setting?
I would recommend running Workspace Doctor on the machines that are having issues. Unfortunately, once those labels are moved out by there is not a way to reset them.
To my knowledge, the 10.09 to 10.10.01.03 was the only thing causing this issue and was resolved by later versions from Bentley. If Workspace Doctor still doesn't resolve the issue, send an email in to CADD.support@dot.state.fl.us and we can set up a meeting to further investigate.
I believe you are correct Chris. I would make sure you are on the latest ORD version 10.10.21.04 before opening and upgrading those older 10.09 files. I have had success with this. The 10.10.01.03 version would cause the labels to do what you are describing.
