We are having difficulty getting the PayItemDB.xml to load and actually populate the FDOT Pavement Marking tool. The window just returns blank (see screenshot). Currently running FDOT Connect 10.10.03 with the updated PayItemDB.xml that was posted on the CADD website in mid-January(ish).
We verified that the XML is loading just fine into the FDOT Signs tool, so I don't suspect there is an issue with the XML or location (C:\FDOTConnect10.10\Organization-Civil\FDOT\StandardsData).
Has anyone else run into this issue, and if so, what is the fix?
Reverting back to the MR3 version of the XML (not the January version) solved the issue.

Thank you. Can you confirm that there were no changes to the other items (sign posts, signals, etc) in the PayItemsDB.xml present?
