Opening SS3 Error

Hello Joshua,
If this is a brand new install, this error usually indicates a reboot is required. Windows does not always read the Registry or Environment Variables after an install and there are 3 Environment Variables the FDOT workspaces require.

Please reboot and let us know if that resolved the issue or not.

I tried that a few times to no avail. It is a new install.
