Hell All,
I have been trying to use the OpenRoads Designer application, but the FDOT tab is missing from the ribbon.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it as well as updated the configuration settings, but nothing seems to work.
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. Thank you.

What version of ORD are you using? Currently FDOT only supports 10.09.
You will have to reboot after installation to see changes made by the installer.
When you open ORD using the FDOT shortcut, the FDOT ribbon only is shown when in the "OpenRoads Modeling" & "Survey" workflows are active.
If you still do not see the ribbon, check the "C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE\Configuration\ConfigurationSetup.cfg" file and be sure the following entry exists: _USTN_CONFIGURATION = c:/fdotconnect/ (c: may be different if installed to a different location)

Did you perform a workstation, client, or server install?
