Hello! I updated my users to ORD 10.10 and FDOT Connect 10.10 (Client/Server) last night - 02/07/2022.
Every time I launch ORD while using the FDOT workspace it throws an error and generates an exception log.If I hit ignore, I can get into ORD (FDOT Workspace) but the program crashes and closes within 2 minutes.
ORD runs absolutely fine when not using the FDOT Workspace.
I have also had my IT department update .NET on the machines - when I research the error code (0xe0434352) the article told me this was most likely due to either .NET issues or corrupted or old files/dll's.
Any thoughts or ideas?
I know it's probably the obvious, but check that all the files copied to the users drive are not "blocked" by windows security. FDOT's update has done that to us in the past, depending on the deployment method.

what is the error message that is showing up?
There is no error message, per se, it's the Abort-Retry-IgnoreIt's generating an exception log. I click Ignore, then do anything (draw a line, find the properties, etc.) and everything closes.

After many hours of digging, we found that the root cause of this issue was probably our cloud storage device and the way it replicates data across other devices. After sitting with Matt Sexton to troubleshoot, we found that there were remnant 10.09 files that got inter-mixed with our 10.10 server install.
In our case, the resolution was to turn off snapshot on the cloud storage device long enough for the install to complete and be verified correct. Once verified, we turned snapshot back on and the correct install was pushed to all of the other devices.
