ORD and FDOTConnect 10.10 - Exception log on start

Hello! I updated my users to ORD 10.10 and FDOT Connect 10.10 (Client/Server) last night - 02/07/2022.

Every time I launch ORD while using the FDOT workspace it throws an error and generates an exception log.
If I hit ignore, I can get into ORD (FDOT Workspace) but the program crashes and closes within 2 minutes.

ORD runs absolutely fine when not using the FDOT Workspace.

I have also had my IT department update .NET on the machines - when I research the error code (0xe0434352) the article told me this was most likely due to either .NET issues or corrupted or old files/dll's.

Any thoughts or ideas?
