I spoke with Jimmie and he seems to think it may be a .Net security issue. Go to the link below and give it a try.

Ok, the fdot2010.upf file as suggested and still the same error. If we select retry, then we can open up into the drawing file... I'm just concerned that the issue is still there and may get us later.

In C:\fdot2010\workspace\Prefs\ delete the fdot2010.upf file and try it again.

What error message are you getting?
