This is not really an installation question, but with a new install of Microstation my old settings were wiped out. Do my unit settings need to be set to 1 survey feet as shown in the pic below?
These setting would only be applied if the units were not defined in the World File and ERS sister files. In those cases it would be difficult to determine the units to apply as default settings because it may be different depending on the source.
