A user loads the GuidSIGN 6 program in the FDOTSS4 workspace and MicroStation and the GuidSIGN tool box lag with everything moving very slowly. The same user can open GuidSIGN 6 in the FDOTSS2 environment and everything runs much smoother.
We performed the usual workspace preference file cleanup (FDOTSS4) and that did not change the performance. Anyone else come across this problem?
