GuidSIGN/AutoTURN - Database Synchronization Issue

1.  On the Client PC navigate to the C:\Program Files\Transoft Solutions\AutoTURN 8\ or C:\Program Files\Transoft Solutions\GuidSIGN 6\ folder.

2.  Right mouse click on the atconfig.exe or the gsconfig.exe.

3.  Select Run as Administrator.

4.  Click Yes if a User Account Control dialog appears.

5.  On the AutoTURN 8.0 or the GuidSIGN 6.0 Configuration Utility dialog locate the Local Database field.

6.  Highlight and copy the path in the Local Database field.

7.  On the AutoTURN 8.0 or the GuidSIGN 6.0 Configuration Utility dialog locate the Program Server Instance field.

8.  Right Click in that field and paste the path copied from the Local Database field.

9.  Click the OK button.

10.  It may take the dialog a while to write to the registry but it will give you a AutoTURN 8.0 or the GuidSIGN 6.0 Configuration Utility dialog that looks like this:

 

11.  Click OK to dismiss this dialog.

12.  The other AutoTURN 8.0 or the GuidSIGN 6.0 Configuration Utility dialog will eventually go away, but it’s take about 30 seconds to a minute to disappear.

Note:  You will have to have admin priviledges in order to accomplish this configuration.
