Export to Native not Exporting Horizontal Alignment

I am trying to export some CL alignments and Curb Return alignments to the gpk used Export to Native. I got two of my curb returns to work, but not the other two. I also have been trying to export the sidestreet alignments and they will not export.

All lines that I am attempting to export have names and active profiles that have names. The two CL sidestreet alignments are Intervals, but when I try to remove the intervals, the whole line disappears (which may be another problem, but I should still be able to export the interval). The two curb return profiles that wont export are arcs just like the other two that did.

The odd part is I did get all the of the vertical profiles to export, but the horizontal is missing.

Has anyone experienced this?

The only time I have seen this is when the alignment has only two PI's. This is a limitation and I would construct a middle point with the insert point tool using mid point snap.

This could be the issue. All of the ones that wont import have only two PI's. Now that you are saying this, I seem to remember something about having to make a normal line complex before it will actually be able to be imported. Of the two curb returns that were actually imported, one was a Fillet and the other a Complex Element made up of two curves, so that seems to be the reason those got imported.

I will experiment with this and see how it goes.

Though it doesnt entirely fix my issue, there is a way to import an element with only two PI's. The element must be drawn using Complex by PI. Then, even if you only use to PI's, you still have a complex element that can be imported.

Are they Named? You can have unnamed alignments with named profiles and they will not export to native either. The Set Feature Definition tool will allow you to assign a name and feature definition to an unnamed alignment. There might be naming rule issues with GEOPAK - I'm coming at this from the InRoads world but I recall seeing something in some document on Open Roads.
