Cross section view Navigator not showing up

In using the cross section view tool on we can cut the temp view sections on multiple computers and navigate through the sections on screen but we have one computer with same installation that the navigator that is typical docked to the top of the cross section view window is not appearing we have tried multiple methods of picking alignment vs corridor and no luck getting the navigator up

    First off… have you tried to
    1. Right Press in the view and delete the dynamic cross section view, then re-open ?
    2. Run Workspace Doctor to “Move user Preferences and FDOTSS4.upf to Recycle bin”?
