The Earthwork tool in ss3 not recognizing Cross Section Model

I'm trying to do the earthwork for a pond in ss3, however when I open up the Earthwork tool in the FDOT Plans Development task it doesn't recognize a Cross Section Model. Has anyone else run across this issue and know a way to fix it?

Try the following:

1. Close out of MicroStation.
2. Navigate to C:\Users\**yourusername**\AppData\Local\Bentley\PowerGEOPAK\8.11 --or-- C:\Users\**yourusername**\AppData\Local\Bentley\GEOPAK\8.11 depending on if you are running PowerGEOPAK or the GEOPAK Suite and delete all of the folders under the 8.11 folder.
3. Navigate to C:\Users\**yourusername**\AppData\Local\Bentley\MicroStation\8.11 and delete all of the folders under the 8.11 folder.
4. Open MicroStation and try to use the tool again.

Let me know if that doesn't work.

I was only able to partially follow your instructions, I don't have a geopak folder in C:\Users\draw\AppData\Local\Bentley on my machine only Licensing, MicroStation, and SUE. I did delete the sub-folder to 8.11 in the Microstation folder.

A co-worker also suggested to "go here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\GEOPAK\V8.11\bin and run geopakcom.exe as administrator"

Neither of those steps seem to have resolved the earthwork issue.
